The following is the process for sending any damaged or defective HoistCam platforms back to the factory for repairs. The first step is to open a support ticket to begin communication with our support team by visiting http://support.netarus.com or sending an email to support@netarus.com.

If it is determined that your HoistCam needs to be sent to the factory for repairs you will be issued an RMA number. Shipping instructions will soon follow.

*If you are returning a unit via International Shipping, Netarus will also provide a manufacturer's affidavit as a proof of original sale
