In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we utilize a support ticket system for HoistCam™, SiteTrax.io™, TugCam™, and other Netarus hardware and software platforms.  Below lists our currently available support options.

SiteTrax.io Customer Portal:
  • https://status.sitetrax.io/ - SiteTrax network status including the backend and REST API server.  Subscribe to this site to be notified of any network maintenance windows or reported connectivity issues.
  • https://customer.sitetrax.io/ - introduction to the SiteTrax platform specific to your business. If you need another copy of your customer URL, please open a new support ticket here.

Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required to submit a ticket.
