Press INFO key to enter the system information page and check whether the SIM card exists. Review the signal strength as well as dial-up status. Verify that the antenna is in still connected to the MDVR and then check the SIM to verify that traffic is getting out. Sometimes, the SIM card may need to be replaced.
If the connections fails and there is a signal, check whether the settings of the center number and the port are correct. In addition, make sure you are not using a duplicate device network (i.e. 88888).
